1. Access, Safety, & Waste Disposal
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe, unlocked access into and out of the yard, ensuring vegetation is maintained so waste is visible. If we are unable to clean due to a locked gate, blocked access, or an aggressive pet left in the yard, the visit will be skipped and you will still be charged for that cleanup. Our technicians will not climb fences. We haul all pet waste away with us when we leave, so your personal trash cans stay completely clean and odor-free.
2. Gate & Pet Liability
While we take extreme care to close and secure all gates upon departure, we assume no liability for pets escaping due to defective, damaged, or poorly maintained gates or latches. We assume no liability for accidental damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties during the normal course of service.
3. Inclement Weather & Rescheduling
Severe or inclement weather may occasionally make it hazardous or impossible to perform a scheduled cleanup. If we must skip your scheduled day due to weather, we will make every effort to return later that week or the following day to complete the cleanup. Regular billing remains unchanged as your yard will still receive its full service for that week.
4. Service Pauses & Changes
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a specific period (e.g., vacation, illness) and you wish to pause service to avoid being charged, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clients must immediately notify us of any changes in the number of pets on the property so billing can be adjusted.
5. Fees, Billing, & Termination
Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. To ensure seamless service, a valid credit card must be kept on file. Card charges are processed automatically on your recurring billing date. Either party may terminate this service agreement in writing at any time. Upon cancellation, any remaining unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service and submitting payment information, both parties agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined above.
