Yes, please make sure your backyard gate is unlocked and clear of any obstructions on your scheduled service day. If you have a gate code or lock combination, you can securely add it to your client portal so our technicians can gain entry safely.
As long as your dogs are friendly and comfortable with strangers entering the yard, they are welcome to stay outside! However, if your dog is aggressive, highly protective, or prone to escaping when gates open, we kindly ask that they remain indoors during our visit.
We double-bag all collected pet waste and haul it away with us when we leave. You won’t have to worry about smelly bags taking up space or attracting flies in your own outdoor trash cans!
Protecting your dog’s health is our absolute top priority. Our technicians thoroughly sanitize all scooping rakes, bins, and boots with a kennel-grade disinfectant after completing every single yard to eliminate any cross-contamination risks.
We scoop rain or shine, all year long! In the event of dangerous weather conditions (such as severe Central Texas thunderstorms, heavy lightning, or extreme winter freezes), we will pause operations for safety. We will notify you immediately via text and resume service as soon as the weather clears.
Absolutely. If you and your pups are going away on vacation, just log into your client portal or text us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly pause your schedule and make sure you aren’t charged for missed days.
No long-term contracts are ever required! We operate entirely on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can start, adjust, or cancel your service plan whenever your schedule or needs change.
If it has been several weeks or months since your yard was last thoroughly scooped, there is typically a one-time initial clean-up fee. This covers the extra time and materials required to get your lawn back to a pristine baseline.

1. Access, Safety, & Waste Disposal As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe, unlocked access into and out of the yard, ensuring vegetation is maintained so waste is visible. If we are unable to clean due to a locked gate, blocked access, or an aggressive pet left in the yard, the visit will be skipped and you will still be charged for that cleanup. Our technicians will not climb fences. We haul all pet waste away with us when we leave, so your personal trash cans stay completely clean and odor-free. 2. Gate & Pet Liability While we take extreme care to close and secure all gates upon departure, we assume no liability for pets escaping due to defective, damaged, or poorly maintained gates or latches. We assume no liability for accidental damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties during the normal course of service. 3. Inclement Weather & Rescheduling Severe or inclement weather may occasionally make it hazardous or impossible to perform a scheduled cleanup. If we must skip your scheduled day due to weather, we will make every effort to return later that week or the following day to complete the cleanup. Regular billing remains unchanged as your yard will still receive its full service for that week. 4. Service Pauses & Changes If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a specific period (e.g., vacation, illness) and you wish to pause service to avoid being charged, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clients must immediately notify us of any changes in the number of pets on the property so billing can be adjusted. 5. Fees, Billing, & Termination Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. To ensure seamless service, a valid credit card must be kept on file. Card charges are processed automatically on your recurring billing date. Either party may terminate this service agreement in writing at any time. Upon cancellation, any remaining unpaid balances are due within 15 days. By initiating service and submitting payment information, both parties agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined above.
